Extract archive to temp dir and upload files maintaing directory structure as noted below:
html/images------->root/images
html/modules------>root/modules
html/install.php-->root/

Chmod the following to 755:
root/modules/Maps/temp
root/modules/Maps/images/maps/thumb

Call http://yoursite.com/install.php from your browser to install the tables.
Once completed, delete install.php from your server.
If you prefer, you can import the install1.0.sql using phpmyadmin or similar.
