Site error: the file D:\AppServ\www\digital\lib\init.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.
????????????????///
how can i installl !

Installation instructions are here:

If you run the installer like it says in the documentation, it will attempt to install the ioncube loaders for you automatically.

If you can't get them installed automatically, this post might also be helpful...
