When you have the Live Chat in a regular block/module, the users' names and image are not showing up, however when you click on the Popup display, everything shows up nicely.

I have changed the theme to verify that wasn't the issue. I implemented one of the fixes from another thread where this issue was mentioned but I don't think that was to fixed this issue.

I have the following set up:

php version: 5.2.4
nuke-evo: v2.0.7
MYSQL: 5.0.45

The module tends to disable when focus is taken away from it as well.

An alternate question: Is there a way to just have the pop up with show when people choose Live Chat?

Sorry it these are newbie questions, although developing for many years, I am new to php and nuke.

I found the issue to be Evo-Info box. Thanks.
