Hi, I have installed Live Chat, and it is working well, most of the time.

After about 5 - 10 minutes of chat, the chat window locks and says error accessing the server. I can easily refresh and it works again, but it's a bit annoying. Anybody know a fix or what may be causing the problem?

The error might be correct if your on shared hosting and they are over selling acounts or the actual network is slow.

Try increasing the following value(in modules/Live_Chat/chat.js)

var updateInterval = 1000;

to something higher like 2000-3000 and see if that helps.
