How do I put all of the nuke blocks to the group of the right side?
PhpNuke version: 8.1.0.3.5b

Does anybody know how to?

Both those sites use Drupal not phpNuke but I assume you posted those links as that is what you want your site to look like?
You would need to write a new theme to do that or pay someone to do it for you.
The coding quality varies quite a lot between different themes and they are all different so there isn't really a way to write you a 'How To'.
One of the table-less themes would probably be easier to convert though.

I have solve this problem and create new theme for phpnuke ver. 8.1. Working with group blocks in the right side. Cool
