I have a website with a partner and we purchased the Digital Shop, then paid with one of our paypal account's email addresses. I have not received any download instructions and I am not showing up as having made any purchases on Nuke Coder. I hope the purchase did not get mixed up. I was hoping to implement this product soon... |

SO I guess my question is actually...after you purchase this package, do you get email notification right away? The thing that worries me is the fact that my account shows that I have made no purchases. I know the trial pack is supposed to be emailed within 1-2 days upon request so I assume the full version may have the same waiting period. I just want to make sure I am not missing something here. Any feedback would be much appreciated!!! Thx! |

Sorry about that, there is normally not a wait once the payment goes through... The only email notification is the one from paypal. After checking the logs, it looks like a server hiccup which is now straightened out. Your purchase should now show up in your purchases. If you have any questions just let me know. Hi, same problem with me.
I made a payment, then came back to the site from PayPal, it showd me my name and trasaction number ON NUKECODER.COM site, burt when I go to "Your purchases", it says "no purchases yet".
This is a bit disappointing - will it work at all when I install it? |

Yes it will work when you install it. I'm working on an update which will be released today to address these issues and all I need to do is run some final tests to make sure its working correctly. I apologize for this problem and I'm working very hard to get it fixed and release the update within the next hour or so. Cimmerian, I will add your purchase, but I would suggest waiting till I release the update before you download the file.

Update released today to fix all known issues.
Additionally, I added some code to detect when users abort/cancel their download so it only counts toward the limit when the file is completely downloaded.
Added some additional security on admin functions along with an admin edit icon in the public side of the module.

Nice support - very fast and responsive.
But looks like I'm unfortunate with this purchase. I can not download it. Tryed 3 times, and it didn't work.
It always downloads exactly 515 KB out of 535KB total, and then breaks. I can not resume it, I can re-download, and everything repeats: 515KB and break  |

I got it. Downloaded with IE. I was trying to get it with Opera before. No chance. Then - just in case - tryed IE, it waited for a long time at one opint but finally I got the whole file here.
