Well.. my system is: Win XP SP2+Apache 2+PHP 5.1.4+mySQL 5.0.22+phpMyAdmin 2.8.1 and I've installed PHP Nuke 7.9.. the problem is: when I try to turn (change position) any block to left or right side or modify info in any block they don't save modifications at all but strange thing.. I can move them to top or bottom.. I don't understand where the problem is and what to do.. maybe somebody already had this problem in a past.. Please help me if you can.. I am in a big trouble Rolling Eyes

Well for a start, phpNuke isn't certified to run on that 'stack' (your server spec) but I have had no issues testing locally with the latest PHP version so my first guess is that you either have a database problem or there is some incompatibility with the mySQL version you are using.
Try turning on error reporting in your config.php file and see if any errors are reported or check your servers error logs.
