Info Box download corrupt

When I download the info box and try to extract it WinRaR and Windows both tell me the file is corrupt. Is this the case or am I using the wrong tool to extract the block?

No, you are using the right tools... the file got corrupted somehow but it is now fixed. Sorry about that.
