i just had some one Purchase a theme but it didn't add him to the clients so i had to add him myself.
Got any idea whats going on?

First make sure that this doesn't apply to you:

Then make sure you have went through the following:

Finally, look through the error logs in modules/Digital_Shop/logs and see if there are any errors from around the time of purchase.
If none of that helps let me know.
