Hello i am the Founder and Owner of DesignWicked, Inc.

We have pruchased your shop script and we are having problem after problem. I cannot run my business without these problems being addressed.

I would like the man who created and coded this script himself to meet with me on either MSN or any kind of chat program or even Ventrilo if thats possible to sort this out, Because as i said i run a business and i cannot keep visiting forums everyday in hopes of a fix or reply.

It would help if you would tell me what all of these problems are?
I'm aware that there are problems(and I've released hotfix to take care of them in the mean time), and as I've said before I'm working on pushing out an update. Please post your problems here, I'm already working on it so I may have already fixed it.

well since the last fix you gave us we have the following:

still flagging sales as fraudulent
now cannot upload files when adding an item,
displays weird user names when a customer buys an item.

Those are the issues off the top of my head.

Working on this, though it seems spotty as it works for some but not for others.

The last fix has nothing to do with adding items. Check the folder permissions to make sure they are writable.

Our permissions are set correctly.

The username thing trunks knows more about than me.

and the Fraudulent thing has been fixed to my knowledge.

If we cannot get this stuff resolved i fear we may have to ask for a refund.

I decided to deal with the shop because trunks said it was good, and i am not seeming to get anywhere, i am not a website noobie, i know about permissions and things of this nature, and this is also why i wanted to meet live so we can resolve this faster.

As of right now your shop script is costing me money, and i have been very patient.

I believe you have a great product if you get it to work correctly.

When will we meet to talk about these issues? instead of posting and waiting 3 hours to say "check your permissions"

I don't know how it would be any different talking on msn, I'm going to tell you the same stuff. If you want the shop running, give me admin access to your shop and ftp access and I'll get it fixed up and I'll even make some test purchases to make sure it works correctly. If you want to catch me on msn I keep that private for many reasons, but I'll pm it to you.

And trunks is right, the shop is good. There are alot of people running it without any problems so it does work correctly.
