I get that same problem. It also makes a ton of backups over and over and never e-mails them to me or delete them after e-mailing. |

Make sure everything is configured correctly and check for typos in your email and backup fields. If thats not the problem I'm gonna need more details if you want help |

I finally got an e-mail even though I've had that setting for over a week now. |

have you tried more than 1 email address in the configuration?
and what type of server environment are you on? |
