I changed from host and offcourse the database settings change, now I get a message

The db settings are in lib/constants.php (modules/Digital_Shop/lib/constants.php for the nuke version)

oh yeah just one more thing, I'm unable to download the shopfiles and images from my old server, and I can't change the permissions 2. How can I still download them?

That is strange, you may have to contact your host and have them change the owner and permissions of those files/folders to your user.
