Logging in and being offline?

Ive got some issues with members logging into the site and not being able to post as its restricted to registered members only.
When they log in they appear offline, and I don’t know how to fix this issue? Obviously they think they are logging in when really they are not, is this a cookie thing on their pc?

Im using nuke 8.0

Any ideas?

It is possible that it is a cookie issue. It is usually either the browser settings or a firewall/anti-virus program blocking the cookie.
