Any help would be great

I can't help unless I know what browser you are using, version of nuke installed, url to site with live chat module being accessible without registering. |

I actually have this same exact problem with my Live Chat block.
I'm running:
Raven 2.30.0
PHP 5
Latest IE and Firefox has the same issue.
On the same page I also have Info Box installed, as well as Collapsible Center Forums block by Raven.
Any advice!

jc I think you have a j ava script conflict. On your homepage the live chat block is dead but if you click the module link I can see who's chatting (but not post anything myself).
Double check that the module and block have 'anonymous' access as it is required I think for this module - the module itself checks to see if the user is valid.
If you have no luck with that, you could possible turn of the forum block and all the other blocks that have 'scrolling'. If that fixes it, you can turn the blocks back on one at a time. |

Hi John
Thanks for the suggestion. The conflict is between the Collapsible Center Forums block by Raven & the Live Chat Forum Block.
As soon as I turn off the Forums block, the Live Chat works
Not sure what I can do about it other then have one or the other any ideas what could correct this? I did try to play with the positions of the blocks in the center with no luck.

It could possibly be fixed by changing some variable names in the j avascript if you dig deep enough, but keep in mind I will be rewriting this module from scratch sometime soon. |
