When I was developing this I tested it in:
IE6
IE7
Firefox 2
Opera 9
Konqurer

and it worked in all of those browsers.
What version of IE are you using?
Are you sure that everyone that visits your site with IE is having this same problem?
Also, A link to your site would be helpful.

I am testing Live Chat on my PC with Xampp. Live Chat works perfectly in Firefox 3.03, but Explorer 7 does not reveal any chat conversation unless I activate pop up chat window and then it is working suddenly.

I have discovered that my problem in Explorer happens only, when I am using the DeepBlue theme and that the other themes works very well with Live Chat. There seems to be a problem in using Live Chat with DeepBlue theme of PHP-Nuke 7.6, but only in Explorer.

Well, depending on what version of nuke you are using, there are probably quite a few errors in the HTML. This can screw with the chat as it is clean & compliant HTML that can easily be affected by other errors. RavenNuke is the only nuke distro that is XHTML compliant and I recommend everyone with a nuke site switch over to it.
