Please upload a test item & file, and set the price to free so I can check it out. Also, please give me a link to your shop and let me know what version nuke you are using.
Thanks |

I can't download your file to actually check the contents because it is set to registered only. Please open it up to anonymous so I can download it. I'll let you know when I've downloaded it so you can change it back. |

Ok, I was able to download it. Strangely enough, it opened up just fine for me. However, opening it up with a text editor I can see there is a blank line at the top. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be there or not, but the fix I posted should have gotten rid of that. I assume you had to remove that fix due the the error posted above?
Another thing I noticed is that Platinum 7.6.b.5 is still in beta and is a dead product now. It is usually a bad idea to run beta software on a production site. Even one of the developers says not to use it on a live site:
http://www.futurenuke.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=49393#49393
That being said, I normally don't support beta or dead products. I will try to help you out but I strongly recommend using a more stable, non-beta nuke like RavenNuke or NukeEvo.
So if you can't upgrade or switch to a non beta version, zip up your mainfile.php and attach it to this post. I can't make any guarantees, but I'll see what I can do. |

Renewing your license doesn't affect how the shop operates. So I doubt that is the problem. Just to be clear on what your actual problem is... Are the customers getting the screen in the shop that says the file is either corrupt or missing or are they having problems opening their downloaded file?
If it is the shop screen giving the error message, that means that the shop isn't able to read the file for some reason or another. This could be due to file/folder permissions, stored file path, or strange characters in the filename(which get stripped out when uploading through the shop); |

If you'd like, I can investigate this further for you. You'll just need to send me ftp/admin access. |
