ok, first of all ym compliment for this module, really usefull, I just am not getting how the autobackup works, ok let's say I want it to make a backup every 24 hours and store it in my folder, what should I write? 24 hours? will it make this way a backup per day?

Thats right, but it depends on your site getting a hit on or after the time to backup is scheduled to trigger. It may not be exactly 24 hours, but usually pretty close. Also, make sure you've added the code to your footer.php as stated in the readme file or look at the Advanced Nuke Backup Guide here on this site.
