hi i am running ravennuke 2.40.01

installed as per instructions and no luck.

I have searched the forums for this problem and found a couple of different answers which i have tried and still not working anyone have any idea as to what the problem might be?

i have edited the livechat.php with the extra code define('INCLUDE_PATH', '');

any other ideas?

Well I can't find liveChat.php on your site so that is probably the issue.. it should be at yourdomain/liveChat.php

thanks for the help i just copied the livechat.php file into htdocs and it worked!!!!
