I get this message when trying to upload a image:

_ERROROCCURED - 001

This happens when using admin CP or as a user.

I am running phpnuke 7.6 pached 2.9

Can someone please tell me what to look for?

You need to CHMOD you all your image folders root/modules/Maps to 777.

Did you CHMOD these following folders to 777

root / modules / Maps / images
root / modules / Maps / images / maps
root / modules / Maps / images / maps / thumb
root / modules / Maps / images / cat
root / modules / Maps / images /
root / modules / Maps / maps
root / modules / Maps / temp
