when i got to install; all the tables fail can someone please help i have phpnuke7.5 and the lastest version of map management installed i have tried to change permissions to 777 but as soon as i go to anothe rfolder on the ftp it goes back to 755..... |

I would assume that the tables fail because you already have the tables installed....Check to make sure they are there through your phpmyadmin...
As for CHMOD, it is advisable to do this through your file manager in your Cpanel, FTP programs just seem to fail constantly when trying to perform this task through a FTP program...

ok got everything to 777 and edited the config.php file and it still gives me page cannot be displayed when i click to go in the admin area |

well it sounds like you are using the old "maps management" which is not compatible with newer versions of nuke, while the newer "map manager" will work just fine but make sure you download the correct version. |
