News/Story with no Icon, help?

Hello. I have made a new site and everything seems to work except two things.

When making a new story I can write a story but the Icon with no appear next to it. It shows a broken link of a pic that should be there. I do have topic Pics that work. Please help me with this.

Also, I can't seem to delete the story unless I go into the user database.
