cant upload any images whatsoever be it maps cat

hello

I cant chmod the folders because i am running my site on a windows server 2003 server

any ideas??

Although I can easily be wrong, but when using Windows as a server, CHMODDING is not needed because all your files are set to there lowest security (essentially 777). I have tried using my comp as a local server and tested this theory. I had no problems of any kind. Every file easily updated or uploaded with no error. If you are still having problems, then please post here again, and we will try to determine if you are havin other problems.
