Look in your database and see if those tables are there.

Make sure you have uploaded all the files in the correct directory.

Make sure you activate the module.

Check those 3 things and if your still having a problem post a link or more details. You can also contact me via messenger and I will try to get you going.

Do have Map Manager 1.0 or 1.1 installed already?
If so, you need to use the upgrade1.1-2.0.php script included with the new version.
Looking at your post , it looks like those tables may already exist which is why you are getting the "Create Table failed", but the "Insert" worked.

As Stickygreen suggested, use your db manager to check for the existence of the necessary tables.

I have already added the idea of a more informative install/upgrade script for the next version patch.

Also, as StickyGreen stated, I also should be online in MSN for most of the day.

The following folders need to be writeable by your server. eg. CHMOD 777
modules/Maps/maps
modules/Maps/temp
modules/Maps/images/cat
modules/Maps/images/maps
modules/Maps/images/maps/thumb

Hey all, I'm having the same install problems as above with a frist time, fresh install of 2.1. Getting the same exact :

* CREATE TABLE nuke_mapcat failed
* CREATE TABLE nuke_mapconfig failed
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* INSERT INTO nuke_mapconfig was successful
* CREATE TABLE `nuke_mapmap failed
* CREATE TABLE `nuke_mapreviews failed
* CREATE TABLE nuke_maptemp failed
* CREATE TABLE nuke_mapvoters failed
* CREATE TABLE nuke_mapvotes failed

I checked my database tables and all the table are present. I CHMOD all directories. However my admin works and am able to put in directories, subdirectories and maps. But when I click through and click on my sub directories it takes me to blank PHPNuke screen that says "The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed". I'm running PHPNuke 7.9. Any help is appreciated.

Probably means one of your map or category titles have some words that nuke thinks is html tags.
