For some reason whenever anyone purchases a theme it tellls them and us that there has been a fraud attempt. And some it actually stops the transaction.

Any ideas?

Have you applied hotfix #2? It is listed in the news on the front page.
I will be working on the next version soon and will be sure to get rid of all these little buggers(and try not to bring any new ones in).
