I have change Modded all files as recommended in the initial install but permissions are still denied somewhere so i cannot create a category. Heres the exact error.

First check the path of your category images on the configuration page. http://nukecoder.com/document-14.html

Then make sure those folders are writable by your web server (CHMOD 755 or 777 depending on your server setup)

Will do my friend, it has to be user error, usually is. The funny thing is when i pick an image to add to a category it doesnt even show in the box after i browse and choose the image.

It was user error my friend as always. I have an idea for ya. Make a "sites thats use" your software so folks can see your digital goods running live. I would be happy to submit my site as an example of your work.
