Ive changed hosts and now use a one in the states, Im UK based as are most of the members. The server is running quite slow and people have mentioned this to me as the server refreshes slow.

Can this be related due tothe USA host and distance?

Any ideas.

Until recently, when I moved to Poland I had been living in the UK but using American based servers for years without any problems.
It could be a general network issue or the host has too many accounts on the server but then, it could be any manner of things like external data you might be loading in the site like youtube vid's or RSS feeds etc.

The forum is clean with nothing like that Guardian, its jut been recentl setup and has been like this since day 1. Is there anything i can ask the host like download speed, bandwidth etc?
