I just got finished developing some new PHP stuff that hides itself from prying eyes if the code is not on the licensed server.
It works in a similar way to commercial software licensing works but unless the code is on the licensed domain, it goes invisible.
Here is a sample of the code taken from one of the module files that is encoded;

As you can see, it works really well.
Do you think I should Patent this new technology or leave it Open Source or what?
