1. Ive gone over the manual several times and done everything to specifics
2. Ive refreshed my browser and deleted cookies and that didnt work
3 Ive tryed installing the ioncube loaders every which way but loose and still no success
so if anyone out there has a solution let me know and I will try it

Ok, sounds like you have one of those servers that likes to be difficult
First thing to do is just go ahead and delete the ioncube folder and start fresh.
Now, go to http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php and download the loaders for Linux (x86), extract them to your computer, then upload them to your site(they should be in a folder named "ioncube" in your site's root). Now that you have all those files uploaded open your browser and point it to http://yoursite.com/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php
This file will tell you if you can run ioncube without fully installing it.
If it says something about not being able to dynamically load the ioncube loader then you must install via php.ini. The script will tell you what lines to put in the php.ini so keep that handy. If you are on shared hosting you might be out of luck(if so, you should contact your host and demand they support using ioncube loaders) but in some cases you can install your own php.ini. You will need to look on your host's site for instructions on how to use your own php.ini. If you can use your own php.ini you can basically paste in the info given to you by the loader helper script.
If all else fails, send me a PM with the following info and I'll help you get it running:
1. Name of your hosting provider.
2. FTP login info(address, username, password). |

ok gotcha now that I have been thru the install everything went great except this
Site error: the file /home1/champip2/public_html/champion/modules/Digital_Shop/lib/init.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
I seen another post on it but you were telling that person to restart apache which I dont think I have access to since Im dealing with a hosting provider and not my own server soooo again any help would be much appreciated since I am rdy to go crackers on trying to get this to work |
