I payed for digital Shop but I havent recieved anything to download files! So what do I do next I need the files so I can get started. I have my paypal reciept.

The fraud prevention system flagged your purchase due to your paypal account being "unverified". This is a feature of the shop to help protect the seller and can be turned on and off. You purchase has been approved, Thank You.

I would like to know when I am going to recieve something telling me when I will get the cart files and how?

Just click on the "Your Purchases" link at the top of the site, you can already get the files.
