Hi;

I love this module!!! I have been looking for something like it for quite a while. You are definitely on the right track with this. I have had no problems other than those already listed (ie. having to manually create & CHMOD all folders & .htxxxxxx files).

I even got the email working. I did run into a problem with MSN and the system file backup attachment. MSN claimed there was a virus. But I don't think that was a problem with the script itself. I had no problem getting the backups thru FTP.

Just a couple of thoughts for ya to consider tho'...

1) There is no way to delete older backups from the admin menu. The module just lists them right now. Maybe you could incorporate a MANAGE BACKUPS option that has a delete checkbox beside each backup leading to a seperate page that displays the deletions set and confirms all.

2) A timed auto-delete setting that would automatically delete all backups dated later than XX amount of days (0 to disable). This would be great if you included system file backups for auto-backup, not just the database backups. Ideally, there should be seperate auto-backup settings for both backups.

3) Backups of the database have timestamps listing time of day as well as date. Backups of systems files don't. Those backups just list the date. Time of day should be included in these filenames as well.

4) When changing the backup folder location, there seems to be no way to reset the folder protection. If you change folder locations, does the new folder automatically get protected with the same password? How do we change the password?

I am really looking forward to the next release. Keep up the excellent work!
